Our flexible warranty services are designed with periodic care intervals of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 months, ensuring thorough care throughout the product’s lifecycle.
Equipment Policy
- Quality Control: Farabol only provides equipment that meets our stringent QC standards.
- Trusted Products: We recommend that customers use equipment from reputable distributors.
- Discounts: Through our partners and suppliers, we offer customers discounts of 5% to 30% below the listed prices for products and equipment.
E-Customer Care Service
- Big Buy System: We are advancing towards a Big Buy system to ensure seamless communication between Farabol and our customers within the same ecosystem.
Employee Policy
- Loyalty: The loyalty of our employees helps Farabol develop long-term human resource policies and benefits, including housing and social welfare.
- Smart, Creative Standards: Within the Farabol community, employees are expected to be intelligent and creative; otherwise, they may be phased out.
